How do I order?
Ordering is very easy! Order using this website or by commenting on any item you see within the Facebook Group. Here, you will check out and pay as usual. If commenting on Facebook, you will receive an email to your email address provided. There, you can check out virtually.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free! No minimum purchase required.
What carrier will deliver my package?
USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.
How long before my item(s) ship?
Unless stated otherwise, items usually ship within 2 business days.
How long before my package arrives?
Usually 2-3 business days? But this is not guaranteed. The carrier controls delivery speed unfortunately. We try our best to ship the item fast! Once it out our door, the carrier has control.
What if my shipping status says it's been delivered, but it hasn't?
Give it a few days. Sometimes, during busy shipping times usually, the carrier will mark a package as delivered. This is a tad scary because then tracking ends. However, we have found that the majority of packages are then delivered within an additional two days.
If you believe your package could have been stolen, please contact your post office to open a claim. Once items are shipped from our store and tracking is activated and provided, we are not liable for refunds or replacements.
My item arrived damaged - what do I do?
We want your experience shopping with us to be a fun one! If your item arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com
to arrange a replacement be sent. If a replacement of the same item is not available, you will be provided with store credit. Please inspect your items when receiving them. All damages must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.
My item arrived and I just don't like it. (Or it doesn't fit) What can I do?
No problem! Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
for return approval. We'll reply with the address to send the item back to. A few conditions do apply.
Item must be:
- tags attached
- have been delivered/received within 5 business days
Items purchased using a discount code of any type (except store credit) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return for any reason other than damage upon arrival.
No refunds are provided - store credit only is issued within 7 days of our receiving the returned item. A store credit code will be emailed to you for the purchase price, minus a $3 re-shipment fee.
